Enesys Performance engaged the Sports and Exercise Science department of the University of Central Lancashire in Cyprus (UCLAN) to officially test the effectiveness of the Enesys Performance training program as a proof of its methodology concept. The proof of concept project was carried out with a team of 10 individuals over 18 training sessions in a two-month period between February to April 2025, with a series of fitness assessments at the start and at the end of the project.
