About EneSys Performance
Enesys Performance is an innovative, superior conditioning workout program designed to maximize the efficiency of the body’s energy systems with the ultimate goal of improving the body’s key fitness components. Combining high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with scientifically-backed methodologies, Enesys Performance offers a unique, exhilarating and highly effective fitness regimen for simple fitness enthusiasts and committed MMA or other sports athletes.
The program integrates weights, functional movements and bodyweight exercises, focusing on all ten fitness components essential for a high standard of conditioning level: cardiorespiratory endurance, muscle endurance, stamina, strength, power, speed, coordination, accuracy, agility and balance.
The program sessions are twice a week, lasting no more than an hour, including warm-ups, dynamic stretching, and post-workout static stretching. To maximize results in this short time, the workouts are structured in a HIIT high-intensity interval training format, harnessing the benefits of EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption) to aid fat loss and muscle building during off days, supported by a balanced diet. Noticeable results can be observed after only a few weeks of training.
Engaging in the program not only enhances fitness but also positively influences cardiovascular health, the respiratory and circulatory systems, muscle growth, bone strength, stress relief, leading to overall improved health and wellness.
EneSys Performance is designed to trigger and optimize your body’s energy systems for maximum results. Whether you are just a fitness enthusiast, a housewife or man of the house looking to keep fit, lose weight or improve body shape, before or after pregnancy, a student, a professional person, military personnel or an experienced athlete, it will elevate your fitness, performance and overall health with just two training sessions per week.
It is important to note that the program, being one of high intensity and involving weightlifting, functional exercises and bodyweight movements, may not be suitable for individuals with cardiovascular diseases, spine issues or any problems related to muscles, ligaments, or tendons. Caution is advised to prevent potential harm as any mistakes in exercise technique can exacerbate existing conditions. One to one consultation takes place with all our trainees to ensure that our workout program is suitable for them.
